With a U-value of 0.15, the EnergSave G-500 Blast Window Series incorporates aluminum bars placed within the thermal break to slow heat flow, while low-E foil is used to reflect heat back out.

Neoprene foam is placed above and below the thermal break to help absorb and isolate cold air transfer. The unit is anchored only at the head and sill, reducing labor and installation mistakes. Approximately 20 total anchor screws are used instead of the conventional 70-80.
